Plot Summary
Long before he became the God of War, Kratos was a Spartan warrior, renowned for his brutal strength and unmatched skill in battle. But when he pledges himself to Ares, he becomes a pawn in a divine war, leading an army of destruction across the land.
After being tricked into killing his own wife and daughter, Kratos is cursed with their ashes, forever marking him as The Ghost of Sparta. Seeking vengeance, he rebels against the gods, hunting Ares down to reclaim his honor.
As he fights monstrous creatures, battles legions of undead soldiers, and confronts the wrath of Olympus, Kratos must decide: will he remain a servant of the gods, or will he carve his own destiny—no matter the cost?
